I went umrah in April and it was a wonderful experience, I definitely recommend this service to everyone as it has really close hotels to Masjid al haram and Masjid al nabwi and also excellent service as they told us what to do and everything step by step I would definitely pick this again.

I had the privilege of being part of a HST umrah tour, even though we weren’t technically with the company. Despite not officially being part of the group, shafiq made sure we were included in every ziyarat and every aspect of our Umrah journey. He added us into everything, from the rituals to the ziyarats, ensuring we were fully involved. He treated us like we were a part of the group from the start, showing great respect to everyone. Booked a package with hst. 5* star package for umrah for my whole family. All travel, accommodation and transports were arranged by hst. Also provided a local guide to help assist in ziyart tours. Shaf was so good with everyone made sure we all had knowledge of every step at umrah every Ziyrah we went on. The group leader Shaf was there for everyone at all times. There was alot of activities planned for the young lads and alot of learning for them.

HST Tours were amazing in arranging everything in relation to our families trip for Umrah. Brother Shafiq provided excellent customer service and his knowledge of Saudi enabled us all to enjoy our time in Mecca and Medina.
